Wolverine Baptist Church to Celebrate 60th Anniversary July 4-5
[Wolverine, MI June, 2020] On July 4th and 5th, the members of Wolverine Baptist Church will celebrate being a lighthouse for the gospel in the community and around the world for the past 60 years. Friends of the ministry are invited to join the celebration services.
On Saturday, July 4th , a dedication service will take place for the church auditorium. This service will highlight the ministries of the late Pastors Truman and Theaker, who gave many years in service to the church and community.
On Sunday, July 5th , a 60th anniversary service will be held, highlighting the history of the ministry and inviting all who attend to be a part of the future of the ministry of the gospel from Wolverine. Long time friend of the ministry, Dr. Herb Hutchinson will present messages at both services.
Services will take place at the church, with advanced protocols for safety and cleanliness. Those in attendance are asked to wear masks and maintain social distance. Services can also be enjoyed from the parking lot by tuning to 89.9FM.
