At Wolverine Baptist Church we believe that its our responsibility to “…Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15 We further believe that its our Local Churches responsibility to reach our Jerusalem, our Judea, our Samaria and also unto the uttermost part of the earth. “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts.1:8
To reach our “Jerusalem, Judaeh, and Samaria” of Wolverine MI and surrounding cities, we have personal outreach to people through Personal Witnessing, Soul-Winning, Tract and Gospel Literature distribution, Every Door Direct Mailings, a FREE Home Bible study course, as well as a Church Van Route.
To reach the “uttermost part of the earth” we have a growing Missions Program as well as a Bearing Precious Seed Collating Seedline Ministry. We currently support 35 missionary families or ministries. Our Church people meet every Friday and we put together Scriptures for distribution around the world to missionaries.
We are heavily involved in a prayer ministry for our missionaries families as well as many other missionaries and ministries.
